    Looks real nice! Loved the brick work, inside or wherever it was. Wouldve been nice to have a pool in that backyard with the rooftop they have. I just had a new townhouse built for 440k and only 2700 sq ft.

    Its unreal what kind of house and land you can get in certain areas for great prices compared to where we live.

    Damn. I LOVE that house. the view was amazing! The whole house was really neat and I cannot believe the price is that low. I was looking thru pictures kinda guessing the price (I didn't see the price atop the pics, took me a while to find it, when it was right in front of me) But I was guessing closer to $500,000-750,000. under $300,000 is just craziness!

    If I were moving to Vegas, that's the kind of house I would be most interested in. No cookie-cutter houses for me. Great price too.

    Not my cup of tea, but it goes to show there's no accounting for taste. What's with all the white aluminum fencing? Keep people in or keep 'em out?

    yeah someone musta flipped it looks way diff on google maps

    wow sold on forclosure for 137k last year, now asking 270 wish i could flip houses for that much profit
