What are some options on the strip or very nearby that offer deals for weekly or monthly rentals? I'd need a place that is fully serviced with a simple kitchen, internet access, and so on.

Vdara has monthly rates but they are not cheap.

Vdara and Mgm Signature comes to mind. If you have a car i guess Palms Place could also be a decent option.

Thanks for the replies so far. The places mentioned are some of the ones I considered though I haven't really looked at rates for Palm Place. Which one is by the Rio? Is it The Martin? I can't find rental info for that one.

My budget is open depending on the type of place and location. I will be solo and I would be willing to spend a lot more per month for a nice place on the strip that is right near the action but if I can find a nice place just off the strip for much less I would go for that.

So far the places I've considered are Vdara which is the most expensive starting at around $3500 to $4500 per month for a studio or 1-bedroom. I can get Signature for around $2500 for a studio. The Vdara rates are from their own site and seem high to me though plus there are other fees. I would like to spend as little as possible but I'm going to consider overall value and quality so its hard for me to pin down a price.

the martin doesnt do monthly nor does panorama.there condos usual minium 6 months mostly a year

the extended stay is by the Rio .

the signuture if your paying 2500$ a month your being ripped off no more than 1500 for that or palms place per month and you cand get it down to 1350, check vrbo and craigslist.

the nicest is vadara check vrbo or craigslist , then the signiture or palms place any one will work for a month or 2

Contact the Elara and see how much they want for their suites. The suites has a kitchen and washer/dryer machine so not a bad option, especially if you can negotiate a good monthly rate. Instead of talking to the FD agent, ask to be directed to the Sales Manager.

I think a site like airbnb would help too. I've seen MGM Signature stuff posted on there.
