Any idea on table minimums on the weekends at resorts like Caesars, Mirage MGM, NY NY, and so on? Got the wifey coming along on this trip and once a chip goes in her purse it never comes back out. Mainly for blackjack and roulette and descent casinos.

If it is a event weekend then you'll see them bumped higher. A couple years ago during SB weekend they even had $15-25 craps table at IP.

I almost passed out from shock.

It is my belief that $5 tables can be found on the Vegas strip any day any time!

it might not be at the casino of choice - and the rules might be "bad". But when I low roll I'd rather play "bad rules" at $5 then play above my comfort level. I just don't have enough money to go $30+ per hand.

I can speak to caesars, I was just there last week...in the circular pit area it's $25 min all 3-2. Their party pit w dancing girls is mostly $15, but horrible rules!(ie 6-5 no double after split etc.) just past the sportsbook on the way to the forum shoppes are some tables, where depending on Time of day you can find a $15 table. If you're a cet player or interested, you can walk right across the street to harrahs and flamingo. Both have plenty of $15 and $10 tables ..most are 6-5 though. I'm taking 2 Vegas virgins in march(staying at caesars) and to ease them in I'll take them across the street....good luck

    I've seen the Sam thing...
One time in Reno, at JANugget...the crap table is usually $2, but for Rib CookOff (2 million visitors over the labor day weekend) they made it a $25 table!!! Lol
