It generally gets colder and windier as the month goes one, but you can still get the occasional nice day in there. I've been there a few times at the end of November and on one trip the temperature was up in to the 90s for a couple of days and then the last two days of the trip it was barely above the freezing level. When it gets dark is when the wind starts to pick up and it does get dark pretty early in November.

If you are planning a first trip in November one thing I'd suggest is: pack a variety of clothes - you are better off with layers of clothes rather than heavy clothes. Our first trip to Las Vegas in November we packed nothing but heavy clothing and that lasted about a day before we had to go to the mall and buy some lighter items - inside the casinos they keep the temperature pretty constant and it can feel hot and stuffy at times. You go outside and it can feel like a penetrating deep cold, but a few minutes inside and I was always feeling kind of yucky hot.

Click here to see Nov weather.
    It doesn't seem too bad.
We are scheduled for a Dec trip and am a bit surprised to see how much colder the end of Dec will be compared to Nov.

I've gone in November (mid to late in the month) the last several years. For the most part, I've found it to be pretty comfortable but I tend to like weather on the coolish side. I've been fine in just a jacket generally. You might want to make sure that jacket has a hood or bring a scarf because it can get pretty windy there around that time. It gets chillier at night, of course, but most of the time it doesn't bother me much unless I have to just stand around like waiting for a bus.

The worst I've had it for being cold was one year it I was there during a rainy period. It was mainly a light steady rain but the dampness made the chill feel like it seeped into your bones.

On the other hand, I had one trip where it was in the low 80's most days. You really never know what you're going to get as far as weather goes so I'd agree with those that suggest you pack so you can dress in layers.

There's a couple of sites where you can get a weather forecast 10 to 14 days out. Of course that far out is pretty much largely an educated guess but it gives you some idea of where the temperatures are likely to be. Just keep checking it as your trip time gets closer.
