My host sent me an email today to remind me about an offer for next month. I reminded her that I'm coming in next week at Caesars and could I have a late check-out because my flight wasn't until 10PM. She said let me see if I can get you an extra night. She got me an extra night comp. When I went to check it out on the net it still said the same date so I clicked on the room and there it was changed plus it now had a question mark where the picture of the room appeared. Does that mean I was upgraded?

My pictures sometimes disappear - may or may not mean anything. But if you go 'into' the reservation it may have changed the type in there - even if the main screen summary doesn't show a change. Example - i booked standard room at Paris for Sept. When I called in and changed it to a handicapped room, my main 'reservations' page online still showed standard but when I went into view the detail then I saw the handicapped type.

    Guess it's a solo trip..........

In my TR Reservations I have an Augustus Deluxe King room. When I click view details the room image has a question mark. It doesn't say Augustus Deluxe King. It doesn't have anything except, non smoking, arrival time and king bed.
That's why I asked the question. There was a post about automatic upgrades, so that's why I'm asking. I usually don't click on view details. I've ben upgraded at Paris and PHO in the past but don't recall checking the web if anything changed.

oghuman....my guess is that you have been upgraded to some degree. We stayed at Caesars a couple weeks ago and the same thing happened to us. We had a reservation in a Palace Tower Deluxe Room and 3 days before arrival it had suddenly changed to an Augustus Tower Deluxe Room (after clicking on "view details"). When I then checked it again the next day (2 days before arrival), the picture had disappeared and no tower was designated. When we checked in at the Augustus/Octavius check-in on Flamingo, however, they simply asked us if we would prefer a room in the Augustus or Octavius. So we had been automatically upgraded.

If I were you, I would just check in at the Augustus/Octavius check-in and request a suite in whichever of those towers your prefer. Even if you don't get a suite, I'm certain you'll still be pleased with a standard deluxe room in either of these towers. We stayed on the 35th floor of the Augustus overlooking the fountains and loved it.

I agree the Deluxe rooms at either tower look good. But a suite would be great in either of those two towers. We'll see. Thanks for the info.
