What's the latest on this place opening
they done a soft opening with a food truck out front but so far its still being built, way, way behind schedule but coming along
Saw they were recently serving out of a food truck - here
when i was there june 2-6 it had permits on the glass but no one working inside and nothing going on outside
I've been at it in Coney Island. Kept me waiting eventhough only 3 tables full. It was overstaffed, and I didnt like the green coloring, but...
the main thing is the food which was good. I liked the burgers, the fries less so as I love the Nathan's fries which is across the street.
Overall, for Vegas I dont know how it will go, but a million people on Coney Island sure gots to eat and am glad it's there.
They should just move in another White Castles.
When I was in vegas last July, we spotted Paul Wahlberg checking out where the new location is supposed to be infront of Ballys.
There were a big group of security guys surrounding a few people and he was wearing a hat and sunglasses. People saw a bunch of security and figured it must be somebody and started standing around to see who it was, trying to get close and take a picture. I bet without the security hardly anybody would of even noticed.
hailey duff the sister of hillary duff was at fuel bar yesterday filming for her upcoming show and from the background pics, its still not open
Walked by there a few minutes ago. Nothing going on.
They were open yesterday (both the small drink shop and the larger restaurant) with people handing out BOGO drink coupons at the front of the shop area. Maybe it was a one day thing?
Hope to try it out next week!! Won't hold my breath, though.
So it's official. There open?
Might swing by in July. Sure wish In-N-Out was going to open sooner than "fall".
Yes its official its on their twitter
I dont get the celebrity burger thing. its a burger. lets not go crazy with the price tag. Like eating celebrity scrambled eggs. sure, they are good but they are just eggs.
Soft open for now, Grand opening soon
I second that.
We went to to the Toronto Wahlburgers a few weeks ago, it just tasted like an average burger, certainly wasn't worth the cost, or the effort to get there.
It's just like the steak houses,, Good steak, but at what price. Ate at Giadas in Cromwell about a year ago. Overheard a waiter mention something like, 'It's all about the experience". Did he mean
my eating a over priced good steak in a fancy joint, OR them cashing their tips and the business receiving outrageous sums. Whose experience was it?? High rent district I guess.
What was cost?
