I recapped it in my trip report but just wanted to make a post here too. We had a really great time with the tasting at the Petrossian Bar at Bellagio. We got to try 3 different Vodka's (one wheat based, one grape based and one potato based) along with 3 different caviar's. They will allow you to exchange the 3 tastes of vodka for 1 glass of champagne if you wish. It was something we never would have done otherwise (at $105), but very much enjoyed.

Note: the flutes of Vodka are not as large as they appear!!!

We did this and the Afternnon Tea last Thursday as covered in my TR, what a great experience Petrossian was. Like you I would not have paid for this but would definitely pay for the Afternoon tea.

How much Vodka is that in total? I'd like to try this, hopefully thanks to MyVegas, but don't want to get too drunk too early.

I'd guess each taste was approx 1-2 ounces.
