Pretty cool! If the house was priced in alignment with comparable properties (plus a minor percentage for notoriety), I would buy the place. Definitely pretty cool, not mention access to the golf course.
Great book about his life, if you liked Casino you should defintely read it. BTW here is the real life "Ace Rothstein" show. With OJ as a guest, you can't make this stuff up, not to mention Sinatra and Rickles.

I worked at the Westward Ho in the 1990s, and several of the pit supervisors had worked for Lefty at the Stardust years earlier. They told me stories about what went on in the back rooms and out in the desert in the old days. Some of what's in the movie "Casino" is very close to the truth, and some is embellished. Then again, they told me about things that weren't in the movie at all that would make your skin crawl. Somehow they were never personally involved in those events, though.

I think I could be comfortable there.
