Hi newbie here(but regular board reader) looking for some venetian help please.
1st time staying at venetian and I have a couple of quick questions. Got a comp stay in a regular suite, but upgraded to a piazza suite..anyone ever stay in one? My wife will spend most afternoons at the pool..how are the cabanas? Is food part of the fee like at Caesars? Lastly I gamble a lot and would like to play by the pool. I know there is no swim up blackjack like at Caesars, but is there any poolside/outside tables to play? Oh yea I heard the sports book at venetian is 24 hrs. True? Thanks for any responses and help...I really appreciate it! Love this board btw!!

Its been almost 2 years since i last stayed at the Venetian but back then they didnt have any poolside gambling. Also make sure were your suite is located before u decide to go with an upgrade. I know some suites are pretty much the same as the regular rooms/suites but just in a much worse location. U dont want to be taking 2 different elevators and walking thru 2 long hallways before getting to your room.

They have craps, roulette and poker table outside at the pool now. If you got extra cash to spend I'd suggest you get a cabana if your going to spend the day at the pool. If your getting comped then ask your host and see if they can hook you up with a discount.
