    :grrr:

Wanted to pass along some information I collected on my most recent trip.

tl;dr - You apparently have to call the Grazie club in advance to make a reservation for the shuttle.

A web search for "palazzo grazie shuttle" returns the following two high-ranking hits:
    http://www.palazzo.com/Las-Vegas-Accommodations/Guest-Services/Transportation/
    http://secure.palazzo.com/ods.ASPX

Those pages contain specific details on where to go to pick up the shuttle. Been in the same location for years.

    http://www.palazzo.com/Las-Vegas-Casino/Grazie-Loyalty/Benefits/

That page just says generically "go to terminal 1 or 3 with your grazie card & ID" without any additional guidance.

So I assumed that there hadn't been any changes, and the pickup location was still @ the executive limo pickup outside of baggage claim. WRONG! :grrr::grrr::grrr:

There's a new company there: Airline Shuttle Corp. Their employees told me multiple lies. First, that Executive was no longer in business. Second, that the Grazie club no longer existed. The second one should've been enough to ring my alarm bells, but I was too eager to start my vacation. Instead, I gave them my money and waited at least another 20m before a shuttle even showed up. Then we had to get the receipts collected from everyone, baggage loaded, etc. Would definitely avoid them in the future. Oh, and while I was waiting for the shuttle, I saw multiple Grazie shuttles & Executive limos pass by. :grrr:

I learned on checkin that they'd stopped the route "a while ago", and that people now had to call in advance. Interesting that there's no mention of this anywhere I can find online, and they haven't bothered to take those old pages with outdated info off their website.
