We'll be in Vegas Tuesday July 12- Thursday July 14. This will be our first time going mid-week, we've only ever been on the weekends. Is Vegas any different during the week vs. the weekends?

Yes, rooms and buffets are cheaper and it's usually less crowded. Also specials at spas, happy hours etc. If you like the high end buffets, try weekday breakfast or lunch, usually a much better value than weekend brunch with much shorter lines.

I like going midweek because it is less crowded and room prices are usually lower. I don't like the weekend crowds so I try to avoid them as much as possible.

The downside is that some shows aren't available in the early week and some things may not be available also but I seldom experienced this. Some casinos aren't as busy so not as many tables are open like the weekends.

Awesome! I was really hoping it would be less crowded. Especially glad that there are less ******bags, ha! We booked our rooms back in January and they are crazy cheap.

Usually seems slower during the week, but I swear the last couple trips it's been busy everyday and night.

I'll be there that week too. My favorite time of the year to go.
