I've been reading the reports and I've looked at my weather apps and online maps so no need to look at more data and stats or any posted links.
I'm asking - what you personally think the weather will be like Christmas week? Do you think it will be colder than average? What are your plans?

I'll be in Vegas about the same time you are. I've been to Vegas in December three times before. If I were to take a guess, I think the lows will be around 40 & the highs will be around 60. Unless a cold front comes through.... My plans are to bring a jacket & long pants!!!!:thumbsup:

We'll be there the 19th thru the 25th., about the same as we do most years.

Usually highs in the 50s, lows in the 30s, cool, but not cold. Over the years I've now seen it snow three times in Las Vegas.

It will be refreshingly warm compared to this morning's temperature of 13f outside!

Low 50's down to low 30's, I have also seen it snow around this time in Vegas twice. I usually am comfortable during the day with a sweater then a jacket at night. I also take gloves and hat, and heavy coat just in case it decides to snow.

Just be well prepared: don't pack nothing but heavy winter clothing and fleece-lined this and thermal-that, but on the other hand you do want some of that stuff.

Checking forecasting sites this far out won't help too much as they can change daily. What you can expect: during the day it can get pretty nice (though that depends on your definition of nice: so some 55-60F is shorts and t-shirt weather, to others thats parkas and scarves and heavy boots weather still). At night it gets cold but its also usually windy so there will be some wind chill going on. The big thing I find though is that indoors all the casinos have their heat on, blasting away, so unless I am wearing really light clothes in the casinos, day or night, I find it really hot and stuffy and almost makes me sick feeling.
