I am staying in a penthouse suite in a few weeks. I have a coffee addiction that must be met within minutes of waking. The market downstairs doesn't open until 6:00 and I'm up earlier then that.

It looks like from the pictures they have a Keurig in the suite. Does anyone know if they provide the pods. Also, do they have dishes in the suite. If not, I will just bring along my own mug and some Folgers singles.

Just stayed in Exec Suite at Vdara.

Keurig in kitchen. No pods or dishes. There is a sign they will provide dishes on request. There was ONE coffee mug there - guessing that was a mistake.

Pack your own pods. I would also pack a mug - easy enough to do. We actually travel with a bunch of disposable coffee cups and small coffee pot.

Thanks. I don't have a Keurig so I'll just go with my Folgers singles. I will pack a mug though. I'm not that fussy - just need my fix.

I was there last weekend and I had an executive corner that had two pods for free in the fridge with a few fee bottles of water. I am guessing you could call housekeeping and they'd send a mug and an additional few pods up for free.

I think I'll still bring everything, but if there are free pods - I'll use those. I have a feeling they will be better then my Folgers singles :)

    Thanks for the info.

As someone who has stayed in an Executive Corner Suite several times, I can tell you that you don't need to pack Folgers singles - they do supply the pods (you have to call Housekeeping to request if there are none in the room when you arrive).

Everything is available on request - I have asked for dishes, cutlery and extra coffee pods (you should specify regular or decaf). They have also brought up detergent and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer as well as liquid for the dishwasher.

Once you have the cutlery and dishes, make sure not to leave them in the sink when you go out for the day or Housekeeping might remove them. After washing put them away in the cupboards or in the drawers and you will have them for the whole stay.

There were two mugs available when I was there and that is the standard (someone must have taken that other mug home as a "souvenir" and housekeeping did not replace it).

Each morning when I would leave for the day I would call Housekeeping and request extra coffee pods and whatever else I needed and of course I tipped well. I had plenty of everything I needed for my entire stay,

Here is a tip - there is a nozzle inside the refrigerator that dispenses filtered water, so you can fill up an empty water bottle for a day out and about on the Strip or just drink it in the room. There is no need to stock up on a case of water with that filtered water available right there for you.

Wow - great information. Thanks. I'm only there for one night though - splurging on a penthouse suite using my express comps.

You're welcome! Even though you are there for the one night, if you check in and there is not enough coffee for the morning or mugs, just call and they will bring it right up. If you are stepping out, just make sure you leave the Do Not Disturb sign off and they will leave it for you in the room.

I recall having coffee in the keurig, and there being pods... it's been a while though.

Yea, they will leave the pods in the fridge, and like others have mentioned if they forget you can just call and they will bring you some up. Enjoy your stay! I really like Vdara!

Wow don't listen to nostress... he's wayyy wrong. They provide you with 2-4 pods a day, if you request they will happily give you more. I would leave a note for the cleaning staff to please leave extra, they left me like 6.

Does anyone know if a Deluxe Suite has a Keurig? I'll be there in July.
