I'm looking at photos, am I seeing this right? Do all rooms have full-sized refrigerators? I prefer to stock my room with wine and beer and can't cram it into dorm sized refrigerators.

I don't know about all the rooms, but I have stayed in an Executive Corner Suite at VDara and there is a huge stainless steel full refrigerator, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the room. The refrigerator also has a nozzle inside that dispenses filtered water - so there is no need to purchase bottled water for the room.

You could always call to verify that the room you are interested in booking has the full size refrigerator, but I think that all the rooms would have them because VDara is not strictly a hotel - it a hotel/condo and the rooms are more like apartments than a hotel room.

I can't recall is the usual rooms have them, but it's a nice perk to have the full-size fridge. Both for the water and for your smart practice -- extra booze.

I've stayed in the exec suite, city corner and panoramic suites. They all have them.

Thanks! I'm looking at prices and it's much cheaper to stay there than it is at the Signature....hmmm. I'm giving up the balcony but I REALLY like stocking up on my own wine, booze and beer

You may give up a balcony, but you'll be right in the middle of the strip. The city corner and panoramic have 270 degrees of glass. It's awesome.

I had the panoramic and it was indeed sweet.

    I loved staying there.

We stayed in a deluxe suite, it had a college sized refrigerator, I think I could only fit three 24 oz. Cans of Bud Lime a Rita standing up. Had to choose beer, OJ or milk, the latter being odd man out.

Vdara Suites (not Deluxe rooms) have full size refrigerator.

The suites have full size fridge. The deluxe rooms have very small ones that are not very deep. I had to stand up my salads and then I had to carefully plan and shift my bottle drinks for everything to fit.

No. The lowest costing Deluxe Rooms don't. I just stayed there in Feb.

The Signature kitchen and bathroom(s) (1 BR Balcony) are actually better than anything in Vdara's Suites.

I can't believe that room at Signature is more expensive than any suite at Vdara (from City Corner up). The Signature is probably the best value for what you get on the entire Strip.

I'm splitting my time between the two locations when I'm out there for almost two weeks (yikes) later next week.

Both are quiet and smell pretty good. I like that The Signature kitchen has all of the glassware and utensils you need.

Vdara only comes with a coffee cup and a couple of water glasses.

    Enjoy.

Oh great! I think I have it all down then, TD comes out with that last comment! Well thanks for clarifying everything up! At least if I decide to stay there I know what to look for.

From what I understand (from my previous stay) is that Vdara will provide you whatever you need for the kitchen. You just have to ask for it.

In fact, when I arrived, I told them I need detergent and they sent it up immediately. I asked them for some wine glasses and they sent those up as well.

Undathesea is correct - I have stayed at Vdara many times and they will supply anything you need - extra glasses, mugs, detergent for the laundry machines (as well as dishwashing liquid), utensils, plates and extra coffee.

You just have to request it. Since my stays are usually about 10 days, I will put everything away in the drawers and cabinets after I wash them so that housekeeping doesn't remove it until I check out.

We are heading superbowl week and we are having a bunch of friends over to watch the game. Exec corner suite.

I'm wondering if I can ask for extra dining room type chairs? I was originally thinking glassware too but maybe we'll just do plastic.
