    Staying at the Flamingo:

    Will be arriving before check-in.

I know I can leave my bags with the bellman, but the pool requires a key card. So the question is, how can I use the pool before check-in?

Anyone have experience with this at a hotel that required you to be a guest for free pool usage?

It might be worth noting - for those that want to give speculative answers (which I'm ok with) - that the pool isn't run by the hotel.

    Thanks!

All I can suggest is that you try checking in and if rejected, see if they can give you a key or pass to the pool to bide the time.

We just got back from a stay at NYNY. We checked in early and they gave us our keys. We had to call after 2pm to receive the exact room number. Flamingo may use a similar procedure.

When we stayed at Flamingo a couple years ago they were really strict about the pool admissions and rules of not bringing in any outside food or beverage. Not even a coffee purchased from the coffee place in the hotel right next to the pool.

Only thing you can do is try to check in and ask for a pool key.

Can't speak for the Flamingo but at the Mirage all we do is just ask for a pool pass at the front desk when we have checked in. Have a fun trip.

Same thing at Aria. That being said, I think CET properties are a bit stricter when it comes to early check-in, so it may or may not work there.
