I am staying at NYNY on my friend's comped rooms. The front desk always adds my name to the room. At the end of our stay, can I use my comps for any charges to the room?

What if I don't add my name to the room? (What are the reasons? - charging privileges? Lost card?)

Does adding my name count for a 'trip' for Mlife? (ie. I don't gamble at all, so ADT would be worsened?)

If your friend checks into the room in the first place, you do not need your name on the room at all. The reason for the name, as discussed in another thread today is to allow charging back to the room by YOU and if you lost your key and needed another one.

On the other hand, if your friend is not there to check you in...your name better be on the room.

As to payment, yes you can use your comp bucks to pay.

As to ADT - his play is his play. Your play is your play.
