I haven't been on here since our last Vegas trip, which was December of 2011. We're wanting to try and head there again either in February or late May of 2013. We stayed at Planet Hollywood last time and loved it...well, I loved it! My husband ended up getting pretty sick and ended up in the ER so the trip wasn't so awesome for him. That's why we're wanting to go back! Oh, I'll clarify that nothing at PH made him sick....he had a horrific sinus infection that led to complications. Either way, we're really wanting to go back! This will be for our 10 year wedding anniversary! It's between Vegas and a cruise so we're hoping to get together a budget so it can be Vegas! Airfare is what's killing us!

So, does anyone know if PH or any other properties have any discount promo codes? We got 30% off when we went in December and I was hoping there may still be some of those deals going on. We also prefer the properties that do not have resort fees. We're not going to use anything extra except for internet. Also, If anyone happens to know of any promo codes for airfare, that would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, my first trip to Vegas was also in December 2011 and my fiance and i are planning on going back in late may for our honeymoon. everything i have read so far from more seasoned members has told me that air fare prices should drop some once it gets closer to may. but i am interested to see if anyone has any codes and or other tips for you

Login to the cet site www.totalrewards.com and see what rates they will give you. dig out your players card. Assuming you played a little, you will probably be able to get better rates than 30% off. Do NOT use offers, but look at the monthly calendar after you have logged in.

As to airfares. Look close at days near your planned dates. Sometimes a day early or later can make a big difference. And, if available, check southwest.com

You don't even need to have played on the card. I just signed up for Total Rewards, I have 0 points on my card, and the room rates in some cases dropped from $35/night to $10/night.

Figures....my credit balance is 0! BUT the rates are still cheaper after signing in. I also noticed the rates are cheaper in late May than they are in February! So I guess if we go, it'll be in May. Now if plane tickets would just go down in price!
