Did anyone play a game called "triple shot" at Harrah's party pit ? It had three bets on the table (like LIR) first bet: war against the dealer 2nd bet: BJ against the dealer (only split A's) 3rd bet: dealers cards go away and you are dealt however many more cards you need for a 6 card poker hand with low progressive odds (i believe Q's or better). I would play it when i was in a slump and couldn't hit anything (you were bound to hit at least one of the hands) The game had bad odds but i had a lot of fun playing it. I think i even walked away a winner a few times. When I went back a year and a half ago it was gone, but it had been there my prior two visits. I'm assuming it is gone for good, but i am just curious if it exists anywhere else.

Haven't seen it in our last 3 trips. Last trip Oct '12. So I think it's gone for good. Too bad as watched my wife play there for about 2 hours (never plays tables) several years ago, table was ALL women and DH standing behind all having a great time.

We met a friend from home who was working in LV (construction) who was dating a local woman. He had done some gambling in the year he had been there (slots/VP and maybe some BJ) but not much. She (mid 40s) believed that "locals" didn't go to casinos...let alone strip casinos. After enough drinks at Margaritaville we convinced them to come to Harrahs with us.
We all got seats at triple shot and I did my best to get the mood upbeat and everybody was winning. We played for about 2 hours until they brought in a cooler, we played 3 more hands and picked up. We then sat down with one of the younger dealers at Harrahs (about 65 )at a let it ride table. The local girl hit a boat or flush and ended up walking w/$600 my buddy w/$400 the wife and I had around $300 each and we all had a blast ! I think we changed her tune about gambling that night.
These are the times I remember more than the quiet BJ table that I played for 3 hours and walked w/$500
