I've been looking through the forums and have been very happy with the great information that's been posted. I've been to Vegas a few times, and over the years the trips have ranged from family (as a kid), to mixed groups, to couples, to themes (march madness, bachelor party), but this coming trip will be a guys trip, and I'm trying to find some ideas for things to do, that maybe I've missed in my previous trips. It's a little strange because we're all in relationships, so we're not looking to hook up, we don't have big bankrolls, so we have to pay attention to how much we're spending, and we've never been to Vegas together, so we all probably have some different ideas on what to do. So far we've got tickets to a show (Tosh on 4/20), but the rest is wide open. I'll probably venture around, look over some of the other good content already on the site, and maybe post a few questions. I'm glad to be a member. Keep up the good work on here.

Welcome to the board! Congrats on your upcoming trip. :) If you could possibly provide some details of what your groups interest may be, where you are staying, etc....sure some of the vets on here will be happy to offer some suggestions.

Me: I'll go with the flow. In the past I've enjoyed grabbing a huge drink and walking the strip. Last time I had a blast playing Beer Pong at O'Sheas (which is no more?), so wouldn't mind trying to find a place to play. I like betting on games and watching at a sportsbook. I'd be down for finding a nice pool and hanging out, I prefer ones that have a lazy river. I'm not big into going to a club, but I wouldn't say no if my buddies wanted to. I like playing blackjack, and would even get into a low limit hold-em game. I'd golf, but don't want to spend a huge amount. Really open to about anything.

Guy A: Big drinker. So-so on gambling. Likes extreme stuff (so maybe rides on the stradosphere?). Would golf. Would play beer pong. Has suggested recreating the event from Knocked Up at a Cirque du Solei show (not sure if serious, but I think he is). Definately down for pool (any excuse to take his shirt off). Really open to about anything.

Guy B: First trip to Vegas. Has a tendency to get too drunk. Not into gambling. Would not golf. Would play beer pong. Likes sports, so might be into checking out the sportsbook. Definately down for the pool (needs even less of an excuse to take his shirt off). Really open to about anything.

Guy C (not committed to the trip yet): Loves eating, drinking, gambling, golf, and beer pong. Would go to the pool, but keep his shirt on. Is a little older, thus more "worldly," and would like to get out and socialize more (he's the only single one of us). Been to Vegas with him before and he goes very hard the first 2 nights, and is pretty much toast by the 3rd night.

If anyone has any suggestions for this group, please let me know. We really are open to checking out just about anything, so don't limit your suggestions. Thanks,

    BYGH
