    Revealed on Facebook Jan 17.

The complex will located at the southwest corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Spring Mountain Rd.

The structure should be completed in Sept. and tenants will move in by the end of the year.

New entertainment will come back to Siren's Cove and the ships are staying.

Or could be better...........Sirens of Buccaneer Bay pledge and all out war on CVS by pounding the walls with their cannons until the foundation is no longer. Then the Sirens, upon victory, dance, drink, and be merry for many hours...........until Walgreens appears out of nowhere through the fog, and once again, the Sirens are called into battle ready to defeat the enemy.
    I'd pay to see that.

I can do without the show, but at least keep the pirate ships out front.

Is the Strip at Market Saturation on CVS/Walgreens and shopping yet?

Are the pirate ships staying? I thought I read somewhere that the initial plan was for them to stay but they decided to move them after all? I can't remember where I read it though.....or if I even read it at all

Last line of the OP says "New entertainment will come back to Siren's Cove and the ships are staying."

I'm hoping that the new entertainment will be of some sort of pirate theme, but again I'm a fan of themes for the casinos. Hopefully whatever they do it will be good.

I am also. I've said it a thousand times, i'm sick of the generic high roller look that everyone is going for these days. Bring back the pirates and mummies!!

I can't find anywhere where it said the ships would be removed. I probably mis-read an article after an extra cocktail the other night.

This is what gets me to go to casinos I am not staying at. If your casino looks just like the one I am staying at, what is my incentive to visit? They all have games and shopping. Give me a fun theme and I will come and visit.:peace:

I work for walgreens and the ones on the strip are some of most profitable ones in the company. So probably not.

Yup, it's nice not having to go to a price jacked casino convenience shop.

Walgreens and CVS stores having national sales prices.

The amount of Walgreens/CVS and shopping malls in the strip area is a little ridiculous. If they keep building though.....apparently we'll come

Isn't Walgreens pretty much a first-stop while you wait for check-in? Stocking up on Red Bull/booze/Gatorade?

Being that I stay on the northside a lot I always hit up the Walgreens in the V/P area.

So does this TI one now make four Walgreens/CVS on the strip?

Where Roger Thomas and Steve Wynn brought great design to Las Vegas hotels and strip. Phil Ruffin is set on spreading crappy design with no integration of appearance to his property. The front of that property is becoming an eyesore.

In twenty years I imagine TI will become what the New Frontier just before it was sold off. The best description I heard made of it was that it looked like a really nice medical building you would find in some office park.

LOL. If you look at Busyman's pic at the beginning of this thread, it looks exactly like a medical building in an office park. Maybe if i lose my shirt in the casino i can just walk down the hall and get an x-ray.

Yes, plans include a Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, family dental office, and a barber shop.

    I kid, I kid....

That building looks terrible. Looks like all the medical/Business parks here in Dallas.

As someone mentioned earlier I am really beginning to hate the generic, non themed design that Vegas is going with. Starting to look like any other large city and that is not Vegas.

Agreed. I'm hoping Resorts World helps shift the strip back to themed casinos and unique attractions.
