Can I transfer or refund unused rewards?
You can definitely refund them. Just contact myVegas support.
You don't have to contact support anymore. Go to the My Purchases area under Rewards and there should be a button to refund your reward. When I did it my LP's were credited back immediately.
Imderekpoe is correct, just go to your purchases and as you click on each purchased reward, there's a button you can click that says Cancel Reward. I purchased a number of rewards for my Easter trip as many of the good ones can't be purchased when your logging in from LV (thinks you are a local). I wanted plenty of rewards so we could have many options. The night before I flew home, I was on MyVegas and clicked cancel on all the ones I didn't use.... watched as the LP gold coins swirled up to my LP meter.
Much easier than contacting support as you were required to do before. Loved it!
Can you do this before your trip? I purchased more than I can use on my trip in June so I want to return the ones I decided not to use. The Cancel Reward button is not there when I look at my purchases.
It was there AFTER my last trip in March so I had no trouble canceling the unused rewards from that trip. Wonder if it only comes up after they show some actual activity in Vegas?
I cancelled a reward before my trip no problem using the Cancel button. I have since cancelled once while here and purchased another one.
The only time you can't cancel is if you have redeemed it such as by booking a hotel room.
Separate names with a comma.
