    My Trip Report

Please bare with me as i am a newbee to TR s
Under enormous pressure i sayd ok i will try to do a little TR myself

    Day 1( march 21)
I was excited to visit my 2nd hometown again for the 23 time in the last 9 years
The only thing is that i have to travel pretty far to get here
    Surviving for a bit longer time as average requires a bit of discipline so i set for myself some rules and also things i would like to do or havent done before;

@ go to spa every day and do at least a workout every other day
@ no slots( managed to do that last 2 years)
@ play a lot of pokertournaments
@ stick to my favourite table game tx hold m
@ use my free buffets from the myvegasrewards
@ visit the mob museum downtown(and maybe the neon junkyard)
@ using the 100$ free dining credit in april
@ using the free shows in march april and may
@ furthermore stay disciplined meaning stick to my rules on gambling( no drinking and gambling Ofcourse on a few days it will be ok to be drinking but that should be more an exception)
@ attending a few vmb meetings
@ saying hi to tim if he is dealing at the linque( might do than the 45$ mickey mouse tournament there)

@probably will do the beerfestival on april 7th
@ go with the flow, some dutch people i know will also come to town during my stay so i will def meet up with them as well

Nice start! Looks like you have a lot of fun plans ahead.

Just an fyi: the beer festival is April 9th (Friday). And with that, I plan on hitting up the Mob Museum. I was thinking that since I'll be downtown for the beer festival, I can knock out the mob museum that same day. You're welcome to join.

Also, why in the heck are you there for 44 days!!! And, how's Ballys?

    Day 1 march 21
Its a long exhausting trip i left my house at 5:30am walking with my bags all the way to the trainstation
Arriving at airport and checking in at 9:15 local time we flew to chicago
    [IMG]

Waiting a few hours and than arriving ahead of schedule ad 5:50pm local time
Frugal as i am and as i wasnt in a hurry i took the shuttle (8$ Instead of taking a cab which is normally 20 bucks)
Checking in at the diamond vip check in at ballys at around 7:15 pm
I was so pleasantly surprised that my host managed to cut my hotelbill for a significant amount:thumbsup::nworthy:
The customerservice at the check in was great( i remembered it was the same lady who helped me last year)
She was very helpful printing out my entire hotelbill(44 nites) and making cards for the three reservations( in case i wanted to charge food to my room) on top of that i got 4 waterbottles
The jubilee room i got was good as expected(different floor and more to the strip)
Here some pics( they are not excellent but than you have an idea i had a pretty nice view

Went to the spa (20 min work out) and enjoyed the yacuzzi and steamroom
Played some tx hold m and was lucky dealer made a mistake(i tipped her for that though)
Than i went to caesars diamond lounge and had some salad and some desserts

    Day 3 wednesday March 23
Relaxed in the morning and went to spa again(30 min workout)
I had to hurry as i had appointment at 2:30 pm to do the mirage lunchbuffet with a fb friend of mine
At the last moment she messaged me though that she couldnt make it as she partied too hard the night before and had a hangover( well at least she had fun so it was cool and we rescheduled for the next day)
As i didnt had to hurry i relaxed a bit and a few hours later i decided to go to the mirage anyway for the dinner buffet( free for me as i used myvegas reward) it was about six pm and it went smoothly, first to mlife desk and than to cashier(no row at allí*½í±) the buffet was good(knew that as i did it last year as well)
I decided to eat pretty healthy here the pics

I went to the linq to play some tx holdm( table game) had some fun( there were some guys from cincinnati and on other site germans from munich) made some mone and quit when i was ahead.
I walked to the pokerroom if tim was there but he wasnt and decided not to play poker and head back to my hotel
Decided at ballys not to play poker( probably i should have but i found it bit silly that house took 700 from 2200( pricemoney1500)
Mistake because i was extremely unlucky at the tables resulting in a big loss
Sometimes that happens i had fullhouse tens over kings and only card who could beat me the dealster got( the king)... anyways after 2 loosing tables i took my losses and went for a good nite sleep

Any plans of checking out UTH at Paris? I've never been but if you make it by there, would like your point of view.

    Good luck and have fun.

Picture of the fountain looked just fine.

I would die by day 30.

Keep up the spa and workout regimen!!!

I have never heard of having a reservation for 44 straight days at any hotel. For some reason I recall that there is limit for 7-10 days even if you pay so that you are a guest and not a tenant with corresponding rights. Did you have to do anything special to get that length of the stay?

I know 44 days is long but i have and had my personal reasons to do this ( last trip to vegas will this be in a long time so why not?) and no the only limit there is for visiting the usa is 3 months ( i have been to usa 30 times since 1986, my brother who lives in new jersey is an american) dont know anthing about 10 day limit, fabismonte you are mistaken with the reservations you can make( you only can make a 10 day reservation, online it will not allow you to make a longer reservation)
