Just wondering what anyone from Canada does when trying to sign up for the Total Rewards website.

It asks for your Zip code and if you do not put anything there it will come up as invalid. If you put in your postal code it also comes up invalid. When I call the 1-866 number for assistance they have no idea what I am talking about.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Stick in a 5 digit number. When you get to Vegas, get it fixed.

I am guessing he means he is a member of total rewards but does not have a website sign in.

But if calling the toll free number does not help, not sure if we can. I've never had an issue putting in a Canadian postal code there.

Maybe call and ask them for an email you can send a screenshot to?

NOTE: If you are using the form I think you are, remember that it is trying to validate the postal code you signed up with, not asking you to enter your current one. If it is different, try the old one if you remember it.

try putting your postal code in all together without a space.

    He indicated signing up.

Also, when signing in, they do not ask for zip code.
