I have a few questions for those who have booked from total rewards website before and print out coupons.... I want to stay a couple nights using the free room offers I have from the total rewards website at the beginning of August. I have free spin offers for all of August and September as well as free play offers for every Vegas CET casino. I have a couple questions because this will be my first time taking advantage of offers from them...

How do I print out the coupons for the free play and free spin offers? Do I get the coupons after I book hotel? I do not get anything in the mail and I have not seen anything in email other than advertising for different offers. Under the offer link on my TR account offers, it says (To redeem your offer, please follow the instructions on your mail piece or email. A print out of this page is NOT a physical coupon and cannot be used for redemption where a coupon is required and some offers require a physical coupon to redeem.
If this is a hotel offer and you book it online; you do not need to bring in your physical coupon when you check in.
It is always best to bring your invite or mail piece with you when you visi
    t.).

Another question - is the free play offer only for the hotel you stay overnight at or can I redeem the free play coupons to use at every single casino? I have a $100 free play to use and have this offer with a separate offer code for every CET casino in vegas. What I really want to know is where to go to print out the coupon.

Also for the free spins - can I use that at every CET casino once a day or only one time only and only at the hotel I am staying overnight at?

I also heard CET does not do the mail anymore, which is why I probably have not gotten anything in the mail. I was in Vegas Memorial weekend and played a lot with my total rewards card at the Quad and Flamingo when I was uptown one of the nights and then it took a month before my offers showed up online, but never anything in the mail. Now before I go back to college at the end of August, I want to spend a few free nights at one of the vegas CET casinos taking the bus up there with my mom.

    dam thats alot,

but if you book an offer , depending on what it is it will be on your card in your tr account , so u go to the cage for free play or show tics to box offoce, they can tell u more at checkin.

to ur free play 100$ , u will have to pick one, it should go with a hotel offer code and they have to be used to gether , also u can peobaly only get one offer , like the hotel free play that comes with it,

its kinda confusing ur post , but i gave it a shot
    im sure others can help

ps print out the offer anyway just so you have it as a refrence

The freeplay offers usually are part of a room offer, you would book the room under the freeplay offer code and when you check in they will give you a voucher to take to the cash cage to get your freeplay coupons. You can only use one offer at a time without having a 48 hour break between stays. For example, if you have a freeplay offer for the Flamingo and book say three nights there to get the freeplay, you cannot then move on to Harrah's for the next 2 or three nights and get the free play there. You would have to pay for 2 nights somewhere and then move on to Harrahs and you do not need to bring anything as long as when you book, you book under the offer code for the freeplay but you might want to print the offer in case you have any problems when you get there.

As for the spin offer, I believe you just go to the total rewards desk once per day when you are there and swipe your card, it will be open to anyone who has a total rewards card and is there during the promotion. I think you get bonus swipes as well if you get a certain amount of tier credits.

Pretty much across the board at CET, if you book the room online, you are done. No coupons needed.

If you are taking advantage of an offer, it MUST be booked with them, or online using the actual offer. You can not just show up with an offer for room and stuff and get it.

Sometimes, not as much, they do send paper offers that are to be presented when you arrive. These are rare.

If you have multiple offers for freeplay at various CET casinos at one time - these are usually (always?) meant for ONE casino - pick one when you book the offer.

Reminder to anyone else reading here, as nobody ever seems to pay attention - you can book rooms using the rate calendar and not have to deal with offers. You will find many more nights and options usually available this way. Anything with freeplay, etc will of course require using the offer.

Here is what my TR offer says... $100 in Reel Rewards or table vouchers to play @ any Caesars property in Las Vegas! Valid Now-10/31/14. Present coupon, Total Rewards card & valid ID to the cashier's cage to redeem. It says present coupon, but then how to redeem under this says A print out of this page is NOT a physical coupon and cannot be used for redemption where a coupon is required and some offers require a physical coupon to redeem. This is what confuses me because it does not say anything about just writing down the offer code or redeem coupon after checking into the hotel or if there is an option to enter the code for the free play to redeem my coupon to print out. They should not say "mail or email" because it confuses me. I get nothing in the mail from them.

For the free rooms, do I have to book for all 3 nights? I would like to do 2 nights. it says under the Caesars palace offer: Enjoy 3 free nts @Caesars, Planet Hollywood or Paris OR 4 free nts @Rio, Harrah's, Flamingo, Bally's or The Quad! Valid Now-10/31/14 and do I also give the offer code for free play too?

In my experience with a $100 free play offer like the one you're describing above, TR has actually mailed (via USPS) the coupon to your home address. It can be contained with the monthly newsletter or a targeted mailing. Other free play offers are part of a free/discounted room stay and are tied to that offer code. But in this case, it sounds like it's just $100 free play that isn't tied to a required stay. Thus, you *should* be able to use the $100 free play at any TR casino in Vegas AND be able to take advantage of a free room offer (that may have it's own free play attached to it). The coupon you reference above, in my experience, looks like like a slot voucher and is inserted into the machine along with your TR card and you're ready to use the free play.

To answer your other question - I've found that in the past year that to take advantage of free rooms and free play I have to book for at least 2 nights. If the offer is for 3+ nights, I haven't had any issue with just booking two and still being able to use the promotional offer.

For that specific $100 offer, you will need a hard coupon that came in the mail. It might have been in their "magazine". You can call and say you never got the coupon, but good luck.

I have never gotten anything in the mail from total rewards, so I am assuming like everyone else says that I can call to book my room and give the offer code for the $100 free play if I have to when asking about it or if it will be given to me when I check-in.

When I told the poster he would need a coupon if that is what his offer stated.

The vast majority of offers for Vegas do NOT require a piece of paper. But some do. I have used a few and have to fill it out, sign it, and present to multiple different cages/counters. These are usually for $100 or so in either free play or real cash.
