    what is that norm for tipping in las vegas? say at the buffets, hotel bell persons - do you tip both person, the one who takes from your car and
    the one who brings them to your room? parking attendent ?
    I'm new at this!

    The bare minimum at a buffet is one buck per person in your party. Personally, for me, it depends on the service. To get bigger tips from me, the server needs to make sure we have everything we need and keep the drink refills coming.

    On the bellman thing, apparently they don't pool tips so I end up tipping both. Some guides say to tip them equally but I tip the guys who deliver the luggage more than they guys who issue the claim ticket and hopefully help you unload.
