I got an email from an Assistant Manager at Cafe Bellagio thanking me for dining there and inviting me to email him with any requests. This may have been a result of a survey I filled out after my last stay. I basically said that I think the coffee was not very good. So I wrote him back and told him that the food was great, service was great but the coffee did not have much flavor. I think it's great that he emailed me. I do hope they improve the coffee, lol. But that email shows me that they want to make their customers happy.
