I'm booked at TI mid August....was just reading the fine print of my confirmation. It says due to construction the Sirens show is terminated until further notice. Anyone know if this is true?

Yes this is true. I'm pretty sure the show won't ever come back. They are constructing another pharmacy right where the show was.

It looks like this right now

At least I can replace my proscribed inhaler refills about as easy as I can pick up a cup of coffee.

Yeah, the Sirens show is probably dead in the water. It would be awesome to bring back the original show, but highly unlikely seeing as they took out part of the lagoon. There were pictures around showing some sort of rigging for fountains or whatnot being placed in the water. We'll see what becomes of that.

I have to say I am disliking the look of TI ever since Phil Ruffin took over. Nothing seems to match. Then again. MGM didn't do any better with Sirens and taking out that awesome skull sign.

Staff must be getting tired of fielding questions about Sirens because there was a sign placed at the site saying, "The show Sirens has permanently shut down." I saw the sign there about a month ago when walking into the East casino entrance.

Certainly not Oscar worthy, but I enjoyed the show. I'm sorry to see it end.
