    I've already booked a TI Petite Suite for the week of Thanksgiving. However I'm thinking of booking a Hotel 32 Studio at MC instead, maybe even a Spa Suite at MC. The prices are all in my price range.

    Would the MC rooms be better than the Petite Suite at TI? I've never stayed at either property. The things that are important for me are a nice walk in shower, strip view, comfortable bed and friendly service. I've read and heard that food at TI is pretty poor, is it any better at MC?

    Thanks VMBers. :peace::beer:

    I have stayed a both the food at MCarlo is bad The food at TI is ok the buffet has improved a lot and the petite suite is
    great so I recommend TI And you got the Venetian and Wynns And Mirage next door there is a monorail in back of Ti that puts you in the Mirage

    I've only stayed in a Diamond Suite at MC and a Tower Suite at TI. The Tower Suite definitely wins out over Diamond with two full bathrooms. As was mentioned, the food choices at TI are slightly better. The kicker for me is location on the strip. We prefer the area around TI, so that may have a bearing on where you choose as well.

    It has been a long time since I've stayed at the Monte Carlo Hotel 32, so I don't remember much of that room. However I do remember the Petite Suite at TI. They are all at the center "core" of the building, so very short walk from the elevator. They all have two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub, one with a walk in shower, and they all have a mini fridge. I've always enjoyed my stays there. Have fun!

    I'm one that doesn't want to be close to the elevator. I don't mind walking. Rooms close to the elevator can be noisy. :)

    It's hard to explain how the elevators are positioned, but they are in an area set away from the rooms a bit. The Petite and Executive Suites (I've stayed in both) are at the main core as finsfan said, but are away from the elevators. You won't have any noise issues at all.

    I know this reply may be too late if you booked but I wanted to say that the Hotel32 Studio is nothing special in my book. You basically get a very plain room with little amenities but it is on the 32nd floor and has access to some free soda, water and snacks. I'd go with one of the other options.

    Hall traffic may be an issue but as Geargethebear said, elevator noise is a non-factor in the petite suite rooms.

    I guess I don't get or at least disagree that the "food at MCarlo is bad". There are dozens of choices and many (most?) are good for a mid-level property.

    Have stayed at neither...that being said, just looking at online images, TI wins easy.
    TI room is 930 sq. ft.
    MC is 700 sq. ft.

    Sorry, the only thing I can contribute is to the food. I recently ate at the buffet at Monte Carlo and I thought it was good, with a wide selection of choices.
