    Hey guys,

I'm trying to plan and see if I'll make it in time to try the Bellagio buffet.

My flight arrives at 7 pm. I thought about checking in at MGM first but I guess I'll put my bags at Bellagio first and then go to Mlife to get my cards.

First question : is it possible for someone to help another person get their Mlife card??

Then I plan to line up to get inside the buffet.

Second question : Mlife sapphire members need to line up on the guest line??

If so, what's the typical waiting time on a Thursday night in February? It's not a holiday and it won't be a holiday the next day.

Third question : say if I go inside the buffet at 9:30 pm, will the kitchen still place out food?? Or will there be no re-fills??

    Thank you for comments!!

1 - at the mlife desk you need to get the card yourself and show ID. If you had a host, they could lent out the cards for you.

2 - sapphire is the level you get when you sign up. No line cutting privileges until pearl.

3 - as a general rule, it's never a good idea to go to a buffet near closing time.

Why do you need to get your mlife card befor you eat?

I need to get it because it's a comp. buffet.

I wish I can go to the buffet earlier but my flight is 7pm and I need to get the card and go to the hotel,etc...

Do you know the answer to question #3?

    And what's a host??

If it's a MyVegas buffet reward that requires a room stay, you will need to be checked into your hotel room before going to the player clubs desk at Bellagio to get the reward loaded on your mLife card. It will include a VIP line pass, so there won't be much wait to get in. Then again, there may not be that long of a wait to get in that late anyway.

As for #3. It varies. This thread has more info.

A comped buffet will include a line pass.

The buffet will be stocked at 9:30. As you get closer to 10, they will stop refilling the food stations.

How does the VIP pass work? You get to use the Mlife fast line to go inside??

Oh yeah, you're right! I can't just leave my bags in the Bellagio. Thank you!

Why can't you go to the buffet the next night?

Because it's one of the myVegas rewards. It can only be used from Sundays (?) to Thursdays.
