I am an old (by anyone's standards) Canadian who still visits Las Vegas twice yearly, and pretty well confine my gambling to penny slots. Very rarely do I venture to play Video poker, But on our visit last fall I chanced on to a bank of penny machines called Three Way Action, and decided to try them out. I rather enjoyed it. Not only that, but I started gambling 90c per game, and was quite comfortable at that level. I also found that I had a few winning sessions that paid for quite a number of those where I lost my initial $10 or $20 investment, and in most cases I got a decent amount of action. These were all played at either the Gold Coast or Orleans casinos, and the level I was playing at resulted in some sessions where I racked up 300 or more Boyd points---a big help in maintaining my Sapphire rating. I have not noticed any mention of these over the 2 or 3 years I have been regularly reading, (and occasionally contributing to) the Message Board. So thought I would ask a general question on the subject, e.g. do you ever play these machines, and what do you think of them? My internet research indicates they have been around for a few years, and most comments seem to agree with mine that they are fun to play.
