I wrote a thread about all the wasps i have in my roof line +
behind stucco siding, under my deck.......on + on......
It got even more ridiculous this weekend !!!!!
    *
Was moving my trash bin from the road back around the house on Friday nite.
Two wasps zoomed by me......close.....too close !!! ...since I got stung 5x from
a hive hanging under my deck.
    Well.......lucky I saw those two wasps ----
I have to have my old truck inspected tomorrow ( and I haven't driven lately )
I watched these two wasps land on my truck and go in between my hood + side door panel.
Just under the end of the windshield.
    ARE YOU KIDDIN' ????
Now, I have a wasp nest in my truck !!!!!!!!!
    *
I sprayed it all weekend ---
and wasps kept falling out by the front tire.
But I haven't opened the hood --- man, NOT YET !!!
I sprayed during the day + once real good at nite.
But i haven't opened the doors to the cab yet, either.
There could be a BIG nest in there somewhere ?....and maybe, I'm just hitting
the tip of the iceberg ? ( at the windshield area )
But.........I gotta get the truck in for inspection, tommorrow ---
so.....I'm buying more wasp spray and I'm gonna have to open that hood -
get in the cab ---- and start the engine.........without getting stung ????
Those wasps could get thru the firewall ? I assume, yes ?
    *
    Wish me luck..........OUCH !!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes2:

While spraying during the day will kill some, most are out of the nest. You need to get a flashlight and hit them at night when they are all back home.

    Thanks Joe,
I did hit it one nite pretty good.
    But.......minus the flashlight !!!!
Those bastids will follow the lightbeam right back at me !!!
It would be like using a water hose --- they follow the source of stream + nail ya !

I had a nest under my deck it was the size of a football, I waited till eve last light and I slid one of the flea/tick bombs, you know the ones that fog, you set it off under the nest entrance and run, it sprays for like ten min right up the nest, Next day all dead :evillaugh
