Every other winter or so, wife and I make a trip to Vegas for the new year. Usually the first weekend in January. Sometimes it's just a nice break after the holidays. And it's fun and frigid there usually... We get to pretend we are having a winter... Unlike the summer year round here in SoCal!

We skipped this year... I missed the decor and the celebration of Christmas this year in Vegas... I hope the hotels still were participating. I do know I did not receive my Winter In Venice offer from Venetian/Palazzo this year. Did they not celebrate it? I always loved watching the performers and the floral displays. I know the ice skating blew big time, but still loved the celebration factor. I wish hotels did more displays/decor during the holidays.

I don't think they did... totally random, but I design promotional products for one of my clients and we've been doing something for that for the past few years, we didn't do anything in 2014, or for Carnavale.

They had the tree outside, but inside was disappointing. Nothing like usual. Mr. Adelson must be saving up for 2016.
