I am staying at the Venetian in a few weeks. Do the rooms have a coffee pot? If so, what kind? I NEED my coffee when I wake up :)

Unfortunately, they do not. At least not the room I was in.

No coffee pot, but Bouchon's great coffee spot is right next to the elevators.

I stay at the Palazzo and they don't have coffee pots either. I bring my own Black and Decker travel maker but the Walgreens next door sells coffee pots for about $20. Depending on how much you drink and how much your really NEED your coffee, it's and option. I also buy a little vodka and baily's to put in my coffee, it puts a spring in my step in the mornings.....I also tend to take an afternoon nap and I really enjoy a cup of coffee when I wake up. I used to order room service but that was at least $15-30 a day and I did try and go downstairs for coffee once but I not only scared the $#1T out of the kid that worked there, (I don't look that great in the am) it took me almost 30 minutes to get it, the lines are always long in the am.

That is a great idea - It would be better to buy a $20 pot than order room service every day - which is what I did last time. Good plan! I have a travel pot I might try to put in my suitcase, but if all else fails, I will go for buying one. Thanks!
