What would you consider the three finest, fanciest, most elegant, most expensive restaurants in Vegas? Doesn't matter if it's tuxedos-only, and cost is absolutely NOT a consideration. Given all the expensive "fine dining" in Vegas, I'm just curious what the top of the heap is. The only requirement is that, dress code notwithstanding, the public can eat there - you don't need to be a "member" or anything. You just need to be able to meet the dress code and afford the tab. Again, cost is absolutely NOT a consideration.

I understand that most people answering this question won't be doing so from personal experience - they probably can't afford it.

    Anybody?

The OP has some contradictory requests going. "Finest" does not equal "most expensive," for example. I would put Lotus of Siam ahead of most to the most expensive places in town. YMMV.

I know.... I'm trying to stay away from just "the best food," or people will suggest Big Dick's Dirtyburger. You get my drift...

I'd highly disagree with e' Not even close to some of the finest dining.

That being said, I almost completely agree with JR, Guy Savoy, and Le Cirque. Some might put Twist up there, but I'd go with the 3 just mentioned.
