The Signature is fantastic. You will love it. I've stayed at the best suites in Wynn and Venetian and its still my favorite place to stay.

Which tower matters little, but do request a balcony.

This is my favorite place to stay currently and I will be checking in for a few days R&R starting Sunday. This place has to be one of the best bargains in Vegas.

    1) Luxury service and rooms with kitchenette - don't have to fear the mini-bar 'cause you have your own mini-fridge to store food and drinks.

    2) Access to one of the best pool complexes in Vegas (MGM Grand), with the option of using the more laid back Signature pools if you so choose. There is Wet Republic if you like to party hard.

    3) MGM Restaurants, Shows, and Casino. Joel Robuchon, Emeril's...

    4) By far the biggest reason is the price and I use the Costco purchased gift cards for Vegas.com for an additional 20% discount. I paid $102/night and booked 2 days before my stay. Other places such as Blue Chip low ball the Signature room price, then add 30% fees to bring the cost per night up.

I drive to Vegas and they have valet only parking, which I like but others may not. You don't see a long line of people waiting for cabs, like other mega resorts.

$25/nt resort fee. What can I say - it's hard to avoid at the better resorts.

It's a long walk to the strip. Once there Walgreens, Tix4tonight, M&M candy store (BofA ATM 3rd Floor), liquor stores, etc. are at hand as are super characters (batman, robin, hello kitty and others).

Basically I've started looking for bargains instead of playing for comps, based on the current state of MLIFE and Total Rewards. As they say on Survivor - "Outwit, Outplay, Outlast".

    Cheers,

    Cosmo

Signature is great if you want a quiet building but still want to be on the strip.

You'll get your best deals via VRBO.com, however as you negotiate a price, you'll want to confirm if the resort fee is inclusive or not, and how often you'll get a cleaning service through.

    The Sign.

I love it here. Awesome pool, quiet, nice amenities, big sex shower, jetted tub, etc.

I however, typically book on VRBO and go through a private owner where the price is reduced significantly. I have done this 3 times and all three times I have had great results. Easy communication as well. Read the reviews they offer from people who have stayed there.
