O.k. so I was checking for reservations on totalrewards and came across
The Quad as well as Nobu hotel.

I figured out that the Quad is just Imperial Palace but has anybody been there to see if there is substantial renovations or changes? Is it worth possibly staying there now?

Any info on Nobu Hotel at Caesars would be good too.

the two are on opposite ends of the spectrum. I just made a review on the quad so you can read it and ask if you still have questions on the quad. I was just there last week.

Just got back from our stay at the Quad. Was comped 2 nights and only $17 for last two nights. Tried the $20 trick to no avail. Decided to do a $10/day upgrade to a VIP room. Glad we did as we heard that the lower level rooms were very tired. (Talked to some people from Texas in those types of rooms) Our room was a king room, bed was fairly new and comfortable, furnishings were in decent shape, bathroom was adequate with fixtures that had been replaced in the last several years, balconey overlooking the pool. Room #1507. The LINQ construction starts at 6:00am, so if you are a light sleeper, good luck.

    Can't speak for Nobu.

Short answer--if you're comped at both, stay at Nobu :licklips:

I was at the Imperial Palace/Quad in Nov. and the room was OK, not as bad as the haters say. I usually stay at Bally's, PH, etc. but i had been away from Vegas for a year and a half prior to Nov. (i have been a TR member for many years) and the Quad was the cheapest. They now have new side entrances on the Flamingo and Harrah's side. And the place is looking good, but the construction may be worse now until further down the road in 2013. Did you check the TR site on the calender? Especially RIO and Bally's? They may be partially or fully comped Sun-Fri.
