Well, it is getting down to a few weeks until I am going back to my town. I have said in a few threads that a close family friend is turning 21 and her parents are treating her to a weekend in Vegas to celebrate. I have been invited to help make the trip special for her! All I am basically paying for is some random gambling that will be taught to her by me! They all get suites at the Paris and I get a "regular" room, but for free I can't complain now can I? Her present from all of us is that we chipped in to get a private booth(?) at Rain, the club at the Palms! If you couldn't have guessed, my friend is an avid watcher of "The Real World, Vegas." So, on that Saturday night we will be hanging out there checking stuff out. She also wants to hit every coaster on the strip, so that will be another fun thing for us all to do. The most important thing she wants to do is learn how to play craps. That is where I come in, her whole family has watched the game but never played and have NO CLUE what to do! We have gone over strategy and she has been playing Hoyle Casino for a few weeks and is starting to get her feet wet in the game. So, from March 7-10, I will be eating great food and having a blast! Her B-Day dinner is at the place in the eiffel tower, so I hope she will like it! Is there any places at the Palms that is good enough to rival the Paris place?
