    They are still at both places. But per wanker751's live TR, D's was a total malfunction last night. :( Hopefully they'll fix it.

    Not much of a slot player, but love Sigma Derby. If the D ever gets rid of it, there will be no reason at all for me to ever step foot in their property, and that's sad, because for years Fitzgerald's was my home base.

    I know Stevens has made the D and the Golden Gate much more successful than they were under previous owners, but personally, I hate what those places have become.

    Yeah, I hope they get that fixed! One of the major attractions for me for downtown. Brings back very fond memories of the old Stardust!

    It was still there when I went to the D in July.

    Somebody please push the button!:grrr:

    Some of my favorite parties with total strangers have formed up around the Sigma machines. You have to interact with people if only to school in the newbies. And it's nice to sit at a less efficient money extractor for a break. Anyone remember the one outside the sports book upstairs at the Imperial Palace? Or the Nile boat race at Luxor?

    I remember it well! We would get a "scratch card" out front and usually win a key chain or beer. Sigma was near where you would pick up your "prize"!
    Good luck. :beer::beer:

    Back when the IP had the original blue silk cocktail waitress uniforms the service bar was directly across from the Sigma. A very nice place to sit for a while and rest your wallet.
