Would like to know if these viewings are any good or would you rather just watch tha game on your own? A bunch of us used to go down to Vegas to watch the games every year but would do it on our own. We'd always have a great time but this time we got invited to choose from three properties ( Harrahs, Bally's or Rio) and two tickets to the Big Game viewing. Any comments would be appreciated. :peace:

I got mine. I have done both the Casino parties and the ones hosted at the restaurants. Let me start by saying if you have never done Vegas at Superbowl its a great weekend (energy and fun wise) to be there.
If there is a good rivalry even better. Table mins will go up and there will be some crowds, but if you are getting a party invite, you probably won't be impacted.

I have done Rio before, and its a pretty nice setup in the convention area. The lower tier properties you mentioned are going to have basic offering of hot dogs, burgers, beer, etc. Don't expect top shelf liquor.
The packages usually include a generic superbowl licensed shirt for you and a guest. They will also have attractive women in skimpy football outfits walking around and assisting / photos.

Generally its a good time since crowds of fans will hang at same table, and you can make new friends easily. Ballys and Harrahs both have smaller spaces and different crowd. The better parties are gonna be at the higher tier properties.
I have done the food / liquor packages as well at some of CET restaurants and had a great time. Generally a $99 all you can eat and drink, beer / speciality cocktail, pub grub (wings, burgers, etc)

Lastly the parties will have giveaways and drawings for free stuff. CET has given away game tickets, freeplay, and signed football memorabilia in the past. CET will also have betting windows setup at the parties so you can avoid the long book lines that happen on Sunday. If you have never been, I suggest going. If you have done some of the higher end events, you might be disappointed. I love Superbowl in Vegas, but have too many conflicts to make it this year.

I got invited to the Paris big game party......2 tickets to the party, 3 nights comped at Ballys. I went to the Paris party 15 years ago......the room was huge, thousands of fans in there. I remember the after the coin toss, lots of fans cheered mightily (because they had bet on tails)

Were lucky enough to do the FIRST party at Aria. Monster room with couches, food out the..., almost personal waitress. Was great.

Did get the Paris invite via email yesterday. Thinking about it.

xxxxxxxxxx Removed reference to potential team playing. That is another entirely different thread with lots of opinions - LOL!

Got mine for Caesars Palace yesterday.

Stadium-style food and beverages makes it sound like it's probably just hot dogs and beer? lol

Not a football fan, so won't be using this offer.

Did the Paris SB VIP party last year. I thought the food was really good. Seating was reserved, so you didn't need to stand in line early.
Will be going again this year.

Anyone know how hard it is to get an extra ticket? I have two friends going with me that have done the Paris party the last two years. This year they have one invite with 2 tickets and currently I only have a flamingo Harrah and Linq offers currently. We will probably all be staying in the same room how hard would it be to get an extra ticket or might I be able to get a Paris ticket on my own in the next couple of weeks

    All the usual plus
Ribs, sausage, sushi, mac & cheese, wings. Large variety of desserts. They had open bars and table cocktail service. I believe they also had blackjack tables? Can't remember much more, sorry.

That's gonna be tough, unless you have a really high ADT and Seven Stars. These parties book up fast, a host always has pull, but unless there are no shows I would not count on getting an extra ticket unless your play deserves it.
These parties are designed to get VIP players out to vegas to gamble.

Apparently the Linq is having a hard time filling up their party and are starting to work their way down their invite list. I got an invite from them today, the first one I ever got for the Super Bowl. Just for the Linq, not any other CET prop.

I booked the Big Game offer at Flamingo. AC/DC on Friday and the Super Bowl at Flamingo on Sunday. Should be a great weekend.

I got an invite for the Big Game Party at Bally's but I can't go. Got too much going on that weekend, plus I'm not really a football fan. I'll probably make my next trip to Vegas over the summer.

Is there a secondary Market for tickets? I am looking to find a party to go to and my play does no qualify being a low roller. I tried my host at Cosmo and she said they were full. I assume she was being nice as my play is weak. I attempted to get something at Harrahs and all I have is Rio and I don't want to stay at Rio. I called the Palms and no luck. No real status with Mlife. I think I may be out of luck and it blows

I don't think there's any secondary market unless you hang out around the event and someone had a spare ticket. Most players wouldn't sell them since you have to be there to pick them up but typically the host will come by and say hi as well... I believe the offers are non-transferable so would be awkward if your host expects to find you at his/her table and its some other people.
