for having offers waiting for me when I got home from my July trip ONLY to find out that you will not even let me use them.

It's nice that you can log into your website and get your offer code and plug that in and then see the rates that you'd offer me, but the only to try to book it and then tell me it's not available. That's really awesome! It's not even listed as "Sold Out" as there are some nights that are blocked that way but these are not even that. They have rates and or COMP.

I guess this will probably be the writing on the wall for me to find a new home in Las Vegas. Anybody have any suggestions as to a new home? :D

We are in the same boat. I truly cannot believe how Stations has turned for the worse. We actually managed to book a three night comp at Red Rock for our recent stay a few weeks ago, but Stations has locked us in at Green Valley Ranch, and there are no comp nights to be had, the lowest rate is $59 but if you add the resort fee and taxes, it's just too high.

And the way Stations does it now, you can't choose any other casino than what they decide for you. Forget contacting any hosts, they are totally worthless and I don't even know why they have hosts anymore.

I've tried everything and they won't budge. I don't know what's wrong with them!

We have been staying and playing at Boyd properties lately and they seem to show love. I will really miss my GVR and Red Rock if this keeps up, but I just don't want to support them anymore!

I tried booking my Red Rock "comp" stay online. The confirmation generated showed room rates of $109/$149. When I called the number on the mail flier, I was transferred to a Vegas.com phone jockey who could not help. I called a second time and they said the system doesn't generate a comp reservation receipt.

Between the inability to secure some type of comp confirmation (either system generated or email which they would not send) and the tacky "discount resort fee" they wanted to charge on my "comped" rooms, I decided not to stay at a Red Rock. Didn't receive any other offers other than a Place Station Labor Day tournament which required you to be there well into Labor Day to claim any prize on my fly home day (must be claimed in person within 24 hours).

Thankfully there are other casino groups extending comp offers across the Vegas valley.

Red Rock 702 - If you are attracted to the nice Off Strip accommodations, several posters here have reported having success scoring great comps at the M Resort. If you are attracted to Red Rock based on location, you may want to try your luck at the JW Marriott (not sure how their comp offers work) or Suncoast with their easy to use B Connected website. Aliante Casino has left Stations Casinos, but they may be able to extend an offer based on your prior Stations Casino play (I believe they can review Stations play for some period of time). South Point and Silverton also offer decent rooms and casinos for someone looking to play off-strip.

We were having the same problems at RR and GVR and, all of a sudden, we're starting to get offers again from hosts at both places. We're booked at both for our upcoming trip over Labor Day and even got invited to slot tournaments at both. Maybe our complaints did some good. However, still no free play or point multipliers. Time will tell if we continue to go there or not. Husband has a President's card but, without the multipliers, not likely to maintain that status. Too bad b/c we love both places.

Maybe I'll actually write a trip report for my July 4th week trip. There's a lot of fun stories to share.

H(o)(o)TeRS of all places actually sent me a free night and $20 in food, a free gift at the club desk and $30 in free play for jun/jul/aug/sept and I only spent 2 hours there back in Feb.

M Resort is usually my first stop after the airport, but this trip I played a lot heavier there. I get the mailer for a free buffet and 25% off rooms but the rooms were a little too high for my liking with 25% off. I'll see if for Oct I get better offers.

This past trip was my first trip to Silverton and I signed up and earned enough points for the free sign up buffet. I played quite a while too. Maybe they like me enough to give me a good deal.

Funny tho I logged into Total Rewards for CET and was able to get 5 free nights (well 18/night resort fee) at Rio and I only played there for a few hours 2 years ago.

Earlier in the year I called the Red Rock host desk and finally got someone knowledgeable and he mentioned that they were changing the offers for out of town players and he wasn't sure if the old offers were coming back but he had no issue comping me 2 nights.

    We'll see what happens.
