On my upcoming trip with my wife we want to see one show. Typically we see two per trip and have seen all the Cirque shows, Wayne Brady, and Penn and Teller (loved them).

We are throwing around seeing Terry Fator but wanted thoughts from people who have seen it.

Saw Terry Fator a few years back. We thought it was well worth the price of admission.

I actually saw Love on my last mirage trip.

I would see it again, my wife seems more interested in Terry Fator. I just want to make sure it's a good show. Thinking about myVegas 2 for 1. Is it hard to set this up through myVegas? Do you book the tickets before going or you have to wait to go to mlife desk to redeem?

With all due respect when someone asks about a specific show and the response is "Go see Love" it's not very helpful. Maybe Love is a better show (it's subjective right?) but the OP is asking about Terry Fator. If you've seen that show and have an opinion on it, good or bad, THAT would be helpful.

You are totally right. I read the question wrong - thought they were asking about Terry Fator or other shows. My bad.

    Machine tilt!

By the way, Terry Fator does a nice job and the show is worth seeing.

I saw Terry Fator cold at Mirage, no prior knowledge of what he did. Going in and realizing what he did, I was stoic, thinking "oh well."

My wife and I both LOVED IT. The man is truly talented. We rate it right up with the best. I would recommend it to anybody.

I would see Terry Fator or Blue Man Group or Absinthe.

    Primarily:

Terry Fator for talent (although all of the shows have very talented performers)

Blue Man Group for innovation and music

    Absinthe for the adult humor

New Orleans 7* retreat. Food, food, and more food . . . .
    Tentatively Tahoe or LV . . . .

I've been to his show twice and loved it! Sit as close to the front as you can. He allows you to take pictures throughout the show too.

Good information here. My wife suggested this as a show for us on our next trip and I know nothing about him or his show.

At the time I was 30 and mom 63, we both laughed and loved it. Got really affordable tickets from Travelzoo.com
    No complaints whatsoever.

I didn't like it as much as I did Absinthe, but the tickets were a fraction of the price. What he can do with his voice is unbelievable, and he does most of it without moving his lips. To me, it's more of an old fashioned Vegas show than what most places have now, but I think it's entertaining.

I haven't been because it doesn't interest me but my mom saw it at $150 a ticket and said it wasn't worth it. She said it was an ok show, but for $70 or less per ticket.

If you like comedy and puppets, you'll probably like it. If you want physical talent and visually appealing, I'd go for , Blue Man, Cirque or Absinthe.

Wow - I did not know they sold tickets that expensive. Just checked the site. They have lots in the middle for $113, and the very front at $163

I got my tickets through tix4tonight and paid like 40 bucks. They weren't the best seats, but it was significantly less than Absinthe or any Cirque show outside of Zumanity.
