We will be making two stops from the airport - Flamingo and TI.

How does the cab fare calculate - one fare at the end or do they restart the meter after the first stop?

    Thanks

not sure about vegas .. but here at home we can do either way. He can add it all up until the end, or he can restart it if that is what the passengers prefer..

If you choose Uber let me know, I have a 20.00 promo code that should be working.

They will keep the meter running while at the first stop and then have one fare at the end - they aren't going to turn the meter off because you are using their time.

When you get in the taxi they will charge a $3.30 drop fee - thats the price to just get in the taxi
They will go to the first destination (you'll probably need to specify if you want it to be TI or Flamingo) and then while stopped there the meter will keep running at a rate of 20 cents for every 24 seconds.
Then you go to the second destination where they will add a $1.80 airport fee to the fare at the end of the trip.

Because of that drop fee you probably don't want them to stop the meter at your first stop - that $3.30 represents about 6 and a half minutes of wait time if they stopped the meter and then restarted, plus they might not be able to do that (other taxis waiting in line might see it as line jumping, even though to you its a continuous trip).
