I had a very good meal at Sage that had a beer pairing with the tasting menu. Any other places that do this? I know many have a wine pairing but I'm specifically looking for a beer pairing.

    Thanks

Rosemary's, RIP, had them. I thought I had seen one of the MGM restaurants with it, but can't find that when I look for it now....

Even before I opened this thread I thought of Sage - it's really quite wonderful.

As far as others are concerned, there aren't that many places that would even have the combination of a great beer selection AND gourmet food.

Of those that come to mind that you *might* be able to request it:
Nobhill, Fluer, MIX (not sure about MIX) - can't really think of others where you're going to get 'tasting menu' food with a large beer selection.

I don't think they have beer pairing on the menu but Public House at The Venetian has Nevada’s first certified beer cicerone – the equivalent of a wine sommelier. I don't think you can get any better than that.

Thought I would bump this thread since I am a week out. Has anybody come across a tasting menu with beer pairing besides Sage?

I think there was Coors Light, Miller Lite, and Bud Light.

    Just kidding.

I can't remember exactly but I think there was some sort of Sam Adams, a Chimay, and a Double Chocalate Stout among others.
