If you have read my TR, I mentioned that I was surprised that I was not comped a mojito in the Heart Bar in Planet Hollywood. I filled out the survey they sent, and mentioned this. Well,:licklips: lo and behold, the phone rang and it was the beverage manager from PH! He apologized and said that I should have been comped in there, and to call him when I am there next, and he will hook me up with the best mojito I have ever tasted!! I will certainly take him up on that!

In this day of poor service, I really did not think I would hear anything from the survey. I have to say, I am impressed that he took the time to call. It will certainly mean that I will go back to Heart Bar.:licklips:

Were you playing full coin in at the bar?

Hopefully, you have documentation of this call.

    That's service.

I've had to point out my card to get the free Mojito. It's yummy.

I was thinking the same thing. What are the odds the beverage manager will remember you the next trip?

I usually do their survey after each trip.
Haven't had a complaint but good to know they do actually read them.

Props to you for letting everyone know, too. We as a society are quick to gripe, and slow to compliment.

Yeah, somethings a foot at CET lately. I had a bad experience at a local property this past spring, and ripped the floor supervisior and dealer over some bad behavior on my email survey. I also complained about lack of slot attendants on floor at a particular time, they should have planned for. Low and behold, I got a call from a person who handles the survey, the floor gaming supervisor, AND the property GM within a period of a month.

Now when I visit this property, the VIP services host on duty, comes out on floor every visit to talk to me, and ask me if I need anything. Which is generally surprising since even though I am diamond, my ADT levels are no where near other players. I suspect with the financial troubles, CET is waking up to the need for better service and taking surveys pretty seriously.

I go to Vegas 3 or 4 times a year and have only ever stayed at CET properties but I have never received a survey after one of my stays.

That's great! I'm sure it will be fine unless you planning on waiting 5 or 10 years before you go back. It's nice to read about things like this.
