Anyone ever stay in one of Orleans one-bedroom Executive Suites?

I saw the two pictures they had online, but none of the bathroom.

I was offered an upgrade for my visit next week, and am taking it.
If I do not get it comped after my play, I'll use my points.
    (I am Emerald, BTW)

My MIL stayed in one about 3 Christmases (?) ago and it was very nice in our opinion. Not sure how your points will help but if that is the case go for it. Bathroom had a larger tub but didn't inspect for jets or other features....SHE was happy....

MG, if you get the opportunity, please supply us with some pictures and a review. I have always been curious about the suites myself. We love the Orleans and stay and play there often.

For the size of the suite, the bathroom is underwhelming.
There is a large garden tub, but no jets or Jacuzzi, just a large shower head.
I would have preferred a shower, along with the tub.

    I'm not impressed.

The main room had a large sectional couch, coffee table, 50-65 inch TV, glass table and chairs, and a large bar with mini fridge, stocked with bottled water, and a small TV. Large windows behind the bar, with guess what? The same type shutters that MSS has! LOL

The bedroom had another large 50-65 inch TV, master poster bed, 2 end tables w/lamps, mirrored closet w/safe, and a "misplaced" writing desk, next to another shuttered window. You'd have to go under and behind the desk to find the power outlet. I ended up just sitting with my laptop at the dining table. The sink area is in the actual bedroom with one sink, and another small TV, Basic toiletries, however, there was a small bottle of Scope mouthwash too. Off of that, the door to the bathroom.

Lots of lighting in the place.

I'll post photos once I get home.

It's funny to me that when hotels do updates, the suites seem to be the last thing touched.

I think for the price, they are OK, got mine comped, but would pay the price anyway, nice to have the extra space and the wet bar.
