We haven't been to The Palms in over a year so thought we would check it out, arrived about 10pm Saturday and I would say about 75% of the machines had blue out of service screens running. I've never seen anything like it, I mean I've seen sections in different casinos when they are going to do a move but nothing like this.

I asked security and he said their systems were down. I realize a lot of machines are downloadable these days but this is insane. Has anyone else every seen anything like that? I know they're not as busy as some of the other casinos but the money they have to be losing must be huge.

I've only seen sections of machines roped off and then the next day they were gone or moved...not 75% of the casino...must have a a BIG software glitch.

I heard they were recently bought out, not sure by who...I do know George still owns 2%

I am guessing that has something to do with it

Never seen that but in 2010 walked through caesars and the entire forum casino was without power and only minimal lights.

I saw this at Zia Park in Hobbs, NM after a major power outage.

My wife was at Zia Park that day too. I was surprised that they didn't have a generator back up
