It seems the complaints about MLife and their dwindling comps are a daily occurrence. I have replied to a few threads myself and even suggested to send them an e-mail to left them know instead of posting about it and it falling on deaf ears.

I took my own advice and send them an e-mail to let them know they lost a customer.

If you are thinking of leaving the MLife property send them an e-mail.
If you have left the MLife properties let them know.
If you are annoyed with their comps send them an e-mail.
Stop complaining and send an e-mail. I just did.
I am sure I will continue to complain in my replies. :wink2:

I think it's funny that you think MGM is going to answer an email :peace:

Since that email went through the MGM IT department, it's probably in North Korea.

Let us know if they reply. I complained on their facebook page and they responded there saying that they were going to send me an email. Then 2 weeks later they posted again...."did you receive our email?" to which I replied....nope...no email! That was the extent of the correspondence.

Never said I was expecting a reply.
Simply letting them know that due to their comps system they lost a customer.

If each person who posted a negative reply against MLife would send an e-mail or anyone who left due to lack of comps would e-mail I am sure a picture would be painted for corporate that is a bit different than expected.

On the other hand, we may find out that MLife has opted to only cater to the very high end gamblers which would be nice to know if that is indeed their focus.

Actually received a reply, not sure if an automated reply.
Basically a "thanks for the e-mail and will forward to the appropriate department."
