What do you ask for that isn't on the buffet while dinning at the Sterling Brunch?

the wait staff can bring you a delish Ceasar Salad, lobster bisque----very rich and a chopped salad that is a specialty of BLT but I didn't try that

OK I like a good chopped salad. However, I can't understand paying $85/$90 eating a chopped salad that might fill you up when there are unlimited lobster tails, filet tigon, crab legs, fish, etc. You can eat said anywhere, just my opinion.

We were there in March, and yes, there was unlimited Pierre Jouet champagne.
We discovered that you can also order a Bloody Mary (or 7) at no additional cost.
I just love this brunch. It is the one thing we do every time we come to Vegas...we save up our comp $$ for this, and have yet to be disappointed!
