Helping my mother plan a trip to Vegas over the 4th weekend and she was thinking of doing the Sterling Brunch again. I was curious if there were any other brunches (not Bacchanal) that folks would recommend for Sunday since she may not like the changes. I was thinking she should try something more along the lines of what they were doing at Jasmine at Bellagio. Any thoughts?

I thought I read that the Jasmine brunch was now being served at Lago. I have not eaten there, so I can't help you with any specifics. I am a fan of Sterling...and will be there next Sunday

I've read about the Jazz Brunch at the Country Club Grill at the Wynn. We haven't been to the brunch but we at dinner there once and it was wonderful, the food and service were amazing.

I loved Jasmine. They do it up right and
make it feel more like a fine dining experience with
the number of staff that come around the table with
carts - special breads, muffins, Peking Duck, etc.
I highly recommend Jasmine. We had the front table right
in front of the fountains. 5 of us had a wonderful meal there.
Everyone enjoyed their food and we all seemed to try something different.
I particularly loved the huge Tiger Prawns. Great breakfast selection too.
    Super dessert room.

We had reservations for the first serving of the day - I believe they do 2.

This was before they moved though - I cannot say how it would be inside Lago.
I loved the old location and view. Huge windows over the fountains.

Jazz Brunch at Wynn Country Club gets my vote.
