I'm being offered freeplay in one CET casino but a comp room in another. Does it matter to CET where I do my play as long as it's in the Total Rewards network or do they want me to play in the casino that comped me the room?

With CET, it doesn't matter. Also, if you got FP for one casino, you usually get it at other ones too if it's in the same market.

CET is impossible to handicap. I have stayed exclusively at Ballys for the last three years. I just booked my SuperBowl trip and only Harrah's is offering me a COMP room. You can play wherever and "somewhere" will offer you a deal. I used to play a good bit at PH, would never get a COMP offer but would from Caesars Palace. They are all over the place.

LOL. This is so true. We use CET as our "extra" company to just see what they offer. This past trip we played most of our (CET) time at LINQ, I was having a lot of luck on the craps table in O'Sheas, and my wife became addicted to a couple slots there. Hardly stepped foot in Harrahs. Despite that, when I checked the calendar for offers our best offers were from Harrahs followed by Flamingo (where we only went on the 24 hour buffet pass for breakfast), then Paris....then LINQ. How does this happen? LOL

Are they offering free play downloads or in vouchers When you pick vouchers, sometimes you get to pick the denominations and casino you want t it for.

It's a freeplay download specific to the casino.

That's why I like TR so much. I usually stay at the Linq but do gaming at all of their casinos, especially the close by ones in Harrahs, Flamingo and Cromwell. Love me some PH too. It makes it hard to keep track of the Tier Credits I've earned though since the machines only tell you how many you've earned at that property for the day. I find myself asking to the TR desk for an updated total a few times a day. I'd hate to miss the 1000 bonus by a few tier credits (it's happened too many times!)

My wife usually keeps up with it for me on her phone. This trip I thought I was under 2500 but she checked her count and we were 2512. Going to TR desk is probably better though

I always kept track on phone & sometimes mom would play on my card too. Then she forgot to make a note of what she earned at one of the casinos. I went to the TR desk & they were able to tell me within 30 seconds what my daily total was so far.

I'm not sure the TR desk has accurate numbers, at least on a daily basis. I think CET's computer system uses a Commodore 64 as the main server...the TR website seems to take a couple of days to get full updates, but sometimes the newer machines show an accurate, up to the minute total.

I see here on the board from time to time that people will let someone else use their card. I didn't think you were allowed to do that. What if the person using your card hits a hand pay wouldn't you get caught. Or wouldn't the casino's computer system know if your card was being used in two locations that weren't near each other at the same time. My wife and I each have our own TR cards and accounts. If I am wrong about this let me know we might be missing out on something. Are we able to both use the same TR account and cards? If we are able to put all of our play on one card we might get better offers.

Two people can play on the same TR account and CET doesn't care. My wife and I each have a TR card, but they are both linked to my account so all the play goes to me. The lady at the TR desk actually asked us if we wanted to do that, because it's fine.

What is the advantage of both playing on the same TR account versus two separate accounts. Currently my wife and I each have our own account. When we go online to check offers they ask if you want to add the other account to see if we get a better offer when they factor the combined play.

The advantage is basically that you can more easily run up tier credits if you are both playing on the same account, so you have an easier time reaching Platinum or Diamond in a day with the point bonuses.
